Do the garments shrink?
We not only want our merch to look rad, we also want to ensure they last the distance and don't disappoint.
We use AS Colour for our tees, and Cloke for our hoodies. Both are great brands and pre-wash their garments to ensure you don't get any nasty surprises.
As with any cotton garment, shrinkage does happen, so as an added precaution we say allow for 2% shrinkage.
What's your returns policy?
We are pretty confident you are going to love your Mt Olympus item, however if it's just not right for you, and there isn't another item you'd like to exchange it for, we will happily return your item in full (excludes shipping) if:
• Returned within 30 days from purchase.
• Has not been worn and it is in the original packaging.
Please email merch@mtolympus.co.nz, stating your order reference number. You will be given a return address, and you will need to courier the item back immediately.
Your money will be refunded back to the card your purchased it on, however the refund is only for the item and does not include postage.
Do you sell online and up the hill?
We sure do! Our online store is year-round, and during the ski season, our stock heads up the hill so you can kit yourself out and not get FOMO!
Just head to the Far Canal Bar and they will be able to sort you out. You can try the items on, but make sure you go when the bar is quiet as getting sizes and pouring drinks is never an easy thing to do at once.
Do you have kids sizing?
We love the fact that kids enjoy Mt O just as much as us adults, so to ensure they too can represent the Playground of the Gods, we have some merch available in kids sizes.
Currently, we stock the Crest t-shirt and hoodie in kids and youth sizes.
Make sure to measure them (or their fave tee/hoodie) and use our Size Guide to ensure you order the correct size for them. As our tees and hoodies come from different suppliers, sizing might not be the same over these items.
How long will it take to get my order?
Well that all depends on how good the snow is!!
Our Merch Queen, Steph, does an awesome job of picking and packing to get your order out within 3-5 days of placing your order. Everything is sent on courier, so after dispatch it should be with you overnight.
To be on the safe side, we say allow a week to get your order. If you need it super urgent, make sure you drop us a bell at merch@mtolympus.co.nz and we will try our hardest to make it work.
During the ski season, all our merch is up the hill. Once a week orders will be brought down and dispatched so please be patient. Alternatively, just head up for a day on the slopes and purchase your items at the Far Canal Bar.
